Qualification:

1. Bachelor of Engineering equivalent or higher; experience in the design of products for automotive industry or similar parts is a plus，机械专业应届毕业生优先

2. office PC skills are required, knowledge of CATIA/AUTOCAD software is a plus;

3. Good command of English in both spoken and written, CET 4 is a must.

4. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills;

5. Be proactive and willing to learn.

Responsibility:

1. Work as an individual or member of a design team Ｏn the design of child parts or complete products and is responsible for the correctness and completeness of the drawings, be it three dimensional or two dimensional computer generated models or manual drawings and part lists.

2. Defines and issues alterations of parts and part lists according to Engineering Change Requests.

3. Provides support to production, QAS, PUR and their vendors and SAL in order to help them to achieve their individual targets.

4. In order to achieve best results he makes use of all available resources such as company norms and standards, abides to design rules and makes use of available design simulation tools and prototypes.

5. Participates in QRCs, FMEAs and team meetings.

6. To follow up all test matters Ｏn the designated projects until QA3 is completed.

7. Work timely Ｏn other tasks as assigned by the Dept. Manager.
